Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Use the web app signup to choose a plan and start secure Stripe Checkout. Trial and subscription state are activated from verified Stripe events, not from a redirect alone.
What does "AI messages" mean?
Each AI-generated reply (SMS, email, or platform message) counts as one AI message. Messages you write yourself don't count. If you exceed your limit, additional messages are $0.05 each.
How does Voice AI billing work?
Voice AI minutes are included by plan (10 min on Solo, 30 min on Crew, 60 min on Agency). Bazas connects calls and transcripts into the CRM through provider-agnostic voice adapters; beyond your plan limit, calls are $0.25/minute. No charge for missed or abandoned calls.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Owners and admins manage subscription recovery in the web app billing area. Stripe Billing and the Customer Portal handle payment method and subscription management.
How is payment handled?
Registration and billing live in app.bazas.ai. Secure card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay options are handled by Stripe Checkout in the browser; the iOS app is a free login-first client for existing workspaces.
What is the Finance Module?
An optional finance workflow that can be discussed during onboarding for receipt, mileage, Plaid, categorization, and export needs.
