1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bazas AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bazas AI provides a CRM platform for service businesses with customer and job records, scheduling, and AI-assisted communications. During the private beta, access is by invitation following a fit conversation. Pilot scope, period, costs, usage limits, and enabled integrations are agreed before access is granted. Submitting a website application does not create an account or start a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Access to organization data follows assigned roles and permissions. Authorized operational access may be needed for support, maintenance, security, or legal compliance.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data, contacts, or communications.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when practical.
